Step 1 - Clean the area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or soap and water, its best to remove any protection from the area to help aid the adhesion of the decal.
Step 2 - Prepare the decal for application by rubbing a squeegee or credit card across the clear transfer tape. This will ensure the decal will be picked up by the application tape.
Step 3 - Peel the backing paper from the decal. This is an important part as it means less lift on the decal and makes sure it stays in place on the application tape.
If the decal doesn't release from the backing paper fold it back down, apply pressure and try again.
Step 4 - Placing the sticker on the car, slowly lower the sticker onto the clean dry surface and rub it in place firmly with a squeegee or credit card. Its good practice to start from the centre and rub out to the edges to help remove air bubbles.
Step 5 - With the decal in place, you can now peel away the clear application tape. Its best to pull the clear tape back on itself when removing to help alleviate lifting of the decal.
With the sticker in place, leave it for at least 24 hours before washing the area. This will help insure a good bond. Ideally pick a warm day to apply your decals.
